Kundalini Yoga and Awareness of Oneness and Spirit

Perception and Consciousness When practiced on a regular basis, Kundalini Yoga awakens our consciousness to pervasive flow of Spirit in all things and beings. The overriding goal of our Kundalini Yoga practice is to consciously connect with Spirit and to experience our oneness with the universal force. From this connection and experience all else in our life flows. We practice Kundalini yoga to expand our awareness so that we can perceive reality beyond the details, the stories, the dramas and the illusions generated by our dualistic mind and our emotional programming. Our task is to expand our perception of reality beyond that computed by our human eyes and our limited ego. We want to open the eye of our soul so that we can witness the Divine play of Spirit as it unfolds on planet Earth - so that we can enjoy our life from a more profound, richer and more meaningful point of view. Achieving higher states of consciousness involves [1] awakening our subtle sensory system that is able to perceive beyond 3-D reality and to tune into the spiritual dimension of existence [2] energetically aligning our physical, emotional and subtle bodies with the higher frequencies that compute Oneness. We have to energetically align with, vibrate with, and synchronize with the universal frequency of Oneness to have a Oneness experience. Upgrade Your Consciousnss Kundalini Yoga offers us an upgrade in consciousness. On Planet Earth ,we live in a tough environment. In dense physical reality it is difficult to compute the Truth, to find the Light and to tune into the Love that is easily accessible out of a body. The dense frequency on Planet Earth creates an energetic environment where we perceive separation from the Infinite. As a result we live in a state of fear and doubt. It is certainly a challenge for us humans to awaken to an expanded reality where we can actually perceive and experience or connection with Spirit and to operate from this knowing. The practice of the technology of Kundalini Yoga makes it possible to significantly upgrade our sensory preceptors to be able to witness and vibrate with the higher frequencies that compute this reality and this truth. Deep Inner Transformation Deep inner transformation is required to awaken our mind to this truth of oneness and to vibrate our emotional and subtle bodies with this ultimate reality.The technology of Kundalini yoga is designed to awaken our sensory faculties to this broader bandwidth of reality and truth. From our oneness perspective and experience, it is possible 1. To see beyond our issues, ego trips, and stories and to not take them so seriously. 2. To be less judgmental and more kind towards ourselves and others. 3. To experience within ourselves peace, love, satisfaction and freedom. 4. To be in the flow of our soul and to allow solutions to our human problems to arise Guru Rattana Ph.D. received her MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and earned her Doctorate in Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (University of Geneva, Switzerland). A renowned author of ground-breaking manuals on Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and a teacher of teachers, she studied with Yogi Bhajan for 30 years.
